IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION

Training and medical disclaimer

Please read this before beginning or changing a workout routine.

Training always carries risk

Running, strength work, cycling and other exercise can cause fatigue, pain, falls, illness or injury. Risk varies with your health, experience, training load, recovery, equipment, weather, traffic and surroundings. A plan can guide you, but it cannot remove these risks.

Not medical advice

Easy Goal Coach provides general fitness and endurance-training guidance. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, physiotherapy, nutrition care or emergency assistance, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

AI has limitations

AI-assisted and human-coach guidance is based on the information available to Easy Goal Coach. It may be incomplete, unsuitable or wrong, and it cannot examine you, measure your physical condition or know everything happening in your life. Never treat a workout suggestion as medical advice or as a requirement to continue when something feels wrong.

Speak with a healthcare professional

Seek appropriate professional advice before starting or materially increasing training if you are unsure whether exercise is safe for you. This is especially important if you are pregnant, take medication, have a diagnosed or chronic condition, recently had an injury or illness, are returning after a long period of inactivity, or have symptoms that concern you.

Injuries, pain and warning signs

Reduce or stop training if pain changes your normal movement, an injury worsens, or your recovery is not progressing as expected. Stop exercising and seek prompt medical help for chest pain, fainting, severe or unusual shortness of breath, confusion, sudden weakness, a suspected serious injury or other alarming symptoms. Contact your local emergency service for urgent or life-threatening situations. Easy Goal Coach messages are not monitored as an emergency service.

You make the final decision

You are responsible for deciding whether a workout is suitable on the day. Consider your health, experience, fatigue, recovery, weather, traffic, terrain, equipment and local safety advice. Shorten, replace, postpone or stop a session whenever conditions or symptoms make it unsafe. Never continue simply because the workout appears in your plan.

Keep your information current

Record training honestly and tell your coaches when your health, injuries, medication, recovery, availability or goals change. Missing, inaccurate or outdated information can lead to unsuitable guidance. Human-coach involvement does not create a doctor-patient relationship or another regulated healthcare relationship.

No guaranteed outcome

Easy Goal Coach cannot guarantee fitness improvement, race completion, a target time, uninterrupted training or freedom from illness and injury. Progress is individual, and even a sensible plan may need to change in response to your health, recovery and circumstances.

Your rights

By using a plan, you acknowledge these limitations and agree to use reasonable judgement. Nothing in this disclaimer limits any responsibility or consumer right that cannot lawfully be limited under applicable law.
